Newborn Sessions
Tahoe newborns are often delivered at Barton Memorial Hospital (South Lake Tahoe), Tahoe Forest Hospital (Truckee), or down the hill at Renown (Reno) or Sutter Roseville. We schedule for the 5–14 day post-birth window. Sessions run 3–4 hours.
Driving Directions
From South Lake Tahoe, take Highway 50 west — approximately 90 minutes to our studio. From the North Shore (Kings Beach, Tahoe City, Truckee), take I-80 west — approximately 95–110 minutes. We recommend booking sessions for the 11am–2pm window to avoid mountain commute traffic.

We recommend booking 6–10 weeks ahead. Maternity sessions are best photographed at 28–34 weeks of pregnancy, and our most popular weekend slots fill up fastest in the spring and fall. Lake Tahoe families often book during their second trimester to lock in their preferred dates.

Edited galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Newborn galleries sometimes take a little longer because of the detail-heavy retouching, but you'll receive a few sneak-peek images within 48 hours.
